Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 1 package store-bought pizza dough (usually about 13-16 oz)
  • 1 ½  cups Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Spread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Chili Flakes
  • 1 Cup Marinara Sauce for dipping

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
  3. Evenly spread the spinach artichoke spread over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the spinach artichoke spread. Add minced garlic for extra flavor, and season with chili flakes.
  5. Starting from one of the long edges, gently roll up the dough into a tight log. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch slices.
  6. Place each pinwheel on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with warm marinara sauce.
